dditionally, is there a way that we can have a dropdown for the “closer” “split” and “fronter” fields that references the employees? I do want to have different permissions, and if it helps now I do plan for us to have these categories/tiers of permissions: Admin: full access- no limits… this is the ONLY account type that should be able to import/export leads. Customer Service: cannot import/export leads, but everything else is fine. Side note- when a deal gets submitted, it needs to be sent to Customer Service to be processed, verified, etc. Closer: but can start deal sheets… (this position is the same as a “Splitter”) Fronter: cannot do much of anything except request leads, disposition leads, send leads to Closers, chat… super basic stuff… we just want them dialing. TYPO Closer: cannot import/export leads, but can do pretty much anything else, including starting deal sheets… (this position is the same as a “Splitter”. If the drop down thing is possible, it would be the same set of information, and the default selection can be “NONE” (same for fronter).Convert this into easy english to understand
